Aside from the expansive Broadway Ballroom, our hotel offers a number of more intimate event spaces for smaller gatherings and meetings. We offer seven small meeting spaces on the fifth floor for gatherings with between 11 and 95 guests, three 15th-floor venues with room for up to 50 attendees, and the adaptable Times Square Ballroom on the second floor.
The ballroom is a spacious and flexible Times Square meeting space, providing 4,182 square feet that can be arranged in a variety of ways to accommodate up to 418 guests. All of our meeting spaces – no matter how small or large – can be outfitted with AV equipment from PSAV Presentation Services and food and beverages from our onsite catering service. Crowne Plaza’s smaller meeting spaces in Times Square are ideal for private business meetings, SMERF events, small celebrations, sales presentations and much more.
